From: Manhattan (East side)

Take FDR Drive North to Willis Avenue Bridge. Bear left over Willis Avenue Bridge. Follow signs for Major Deegan Expressway I-87. Stay on I -87 into Westchester County until the exit for Tarrytown- Route 9 North. Follow Route 9 for approximately 6.5 miles.

Route 9 is also known as South Highland Avenue in Ossining. Our building is the blue and white Victorian at the corner of Route 9/South Highland Avenue, and William Street. You will see William Street on your left, and sign for Collen IP. Make a left onto William Street and our parking lot is the first driveway on the left behind the building. You may either park in the lot behind the building off William Street, or on the street on William Street.

From Manhattan (West side)

Take the West Side Highway north from Manhattan. Continue north through Riverdale and into Westchester County (City of Yonkers).

Exit in Yonkers at the Cross County Parkway. Take the Cross County East (stay in Right LANES) to the exit for SPRAIN BROOK PARKWAY NORTH. Exit onto the SPRAIN North and travel northbound (appx 14 miles) – (note that the Sprain Brook Parkway turns into the Taconic Parkway where it intersects the Saw Mill Parkway)

Take the Exit for Route 117/ Pleasantville Road (first exit past the Saw Mill intersection). Take a left at the end of the long exit ramp. This places you on Route 117 , heading WEST. Follow route 117 west for several miles (it turns into a divided highway) until you reach the exit for Route 9 North.

Travel North on Route 9 for about 3 miles. As you enter into Ossining, you will pass the Arcadian shopping Center (on left), and then travel up the hill past a park (on left). You will see our offices on the left several blocks past the park.

We are on the corner of Route 9 (So. Highland Avenue) and William Street. The building is a blue and white Victorian style building. 80 SOUTH HIGHLAND AVENUE. There is a sign in front which reads “Collen Intellectual Property Law” , and two flagpoles, in front. Turn left off of Route 9 onto William Street, the side street. Our parking lot is directly behind the building. Parking is also permitted on both sides of the street.

From: Connecticut (via I -95/I-287)

I-95 south to exit 21 in New York, I-287 West toward White Plains, Tappan Zee Bridge

Follow I-287 west for 9.9 miles to Exit 3 for the Sprain Brook Parkway North (also labeled Taconic Parkway North).

Stay left on the exit ramp, proceeding north on the Sprain Brook/Taconic Parkway North. Proceed north. After approximately 4 miles, you will see a sign “Taconic Parkway North all lanes”. Continue on the highway. Exit at the next exit after this sign, Route 117, for Sleepy Hollow and Pleasantville.

Off the exit, follow the ramp to the traffic light, 0.3 miles and make a left onto Route 117 West at the light.

Proceed on Route 117 West for 3 miles to the exit for Route 9, Sleepy Hollow and Ossining. Proceed on the off ramp (for another 0.2 miles) and bear right onto Route 9 North for 3.2 miles. Route 9 is also known as South Highland Avenue in Ossining.

Our building is the blue and white Victorian at the corner of Route 9/South Highland Avenue, and William Street. You will see William Street on your left, and sign for Collen IP. Make a left onto William Street and our parking lot is the first driveway on the left behind the building. You may either park in the lot behind the building off William Street, or on the street on William Street.

From the south: Westchester County via Sprain Brook/Taconic Parkway

Proceed north. After approximately 4 miles, you will see a sign “Taconic Parkway North all lanes”. Continue on the highway. Exit at the next exit after this sign, Route 117, for Sleepy Hollow and Pleasantville.

Off the exit, follow the ramp to the traffic light, 0.3 miles and make a left onto Route 117 West at the light.

From the North/East (New York/New England and Saw Mill Pkwy)

I-91 south to I-84 (west) in Hartford.

Continue on I-84 into New York State (about 65 miles) and exit at Exit 20 for Interstate 684 (south) in the direction of White Plains.

Travel on 684 (about 10 miles) until exit 5 for the Saw Mill River Parkway.

At exit 5, take the Saw Mill River Parkway to Exit 29 for Manville Road (Pleasantville, NY). At the exit ramp, take a LEFT turn to the first stop sign. At the next stop sign, turn RIGHT onto Route 117 (west).

Proceed on Route 117 West for about 3.5 miles to the exit for Route 9 ("Sleepy Hollow and Ossining). Route 9 is also known as South Highland Avenue. Proceed on the off ramp for 0.2 miles and merge onto Route 9 North.

In a little over 3 miles you will see William Street on your left, and the sign for Collen IP. Our building is the blue and white Victorian structure at the corner of Route 9/South Highland Avenue, and William Street. SOUTH HIGHLAND AVENUE. There is a sign in front which reads “Collen Intellectual Property Law” , and two flagpoles, in front. Turn left off of Route 9 onto William Street, the side street.

From: New Jersey or New York (west of the Hudson River)

Take I-87/287 to Tappan Zee Bridge. Exit Tappan Zee after toll, (Exit 9) , Route 9 North for Approximately 6.5 miles.

Route 9 is also known as South Highland Avenue in Ossining. Our building is the blue and white Victorian at the corner of Route 9/South Highland Avenue, and William Street. You will see William Street on your left, and sign for Collen IP. Make a left onto William Street and our parking lot is the first driveway on the left behind the building. You may either park in the lot behind the building off William Street, or on the street on William Street.

From The North: Taconic Parkway

Exit at Ossining, Route 133.

Continue on Route 133 to Route 9. Take a left (south) on Route 9 for approximately ½ mile. Route 9 is also known as South Highland Avenue in Ossining. Our building is the blue and white Victorian at the corner of Route 9/South Highland Avenue, and William Street. You will see William Street on your right, and a sign for Collen IP. Make a right onto William Street and our parking lot is the first driveway on the left behind the building.
